FORD FALCON XW AUTOMOTIVE PHOTOSHOOT
Nicks Ford Falcon XW GS may look like an unassuming restored old Falcon however under the hood it packs a mildly worked Windsor V8 pushing between 450-500hp. The power plant is mated to a Manual gearbox which refreshing to see in a world of automatics. Nicks sister contacted me a few weeks before this shoot as she thought it would be the perfect birthday gift for him. The love and pride Nick has for his car shows with the condition and passion he has put into this build over the years along with a few cheeky burnouts in between shoot locations. Deciding on an inner city location and for the conditions to be just right we organised a day and spent a few hours in the late afternoon at a few inner city locations catching the golden rays of light and continued shooting into dusk.

Ducati V4 Speciale
This Italian beauty is not your average run of the mill Ducati nor is this your run of the mill Ducati owner for that matter.
The Ducati Panigale V4 Speciale featured here is no 1111 of 1500 built making it quite a rare bike. The owner booked a private shoot to capture the stunning lines, details and aura surrounding this exotic machine as he is offering it for sale. Like the images you see? Husqvana Nuda 900R Cafe Racer - Magazine Photo Shoot
JOSH’S CUSTOM HUSQVANA NUDA 900R CAFE RACER
Back on a warm January afternoon in 2019 i had the pleasure of shooting Josh’s custom Husqvarna Nuda 900R Cafe Racer for the April issue of Retrobike Magazine.
After a small accident and a generous insurance payout Josh decided to do something different with his already very rare Nuda. He decided to convert it into a modern Cafe Racer with a custom kit made specifically for the bike by a German parts specialist called LSL. The bikes suspension and tuning was also been enhanced by the experts at Race Center. Theres a lot more to the story of this bike which can be found in its magazine feature but for now enjoy the photos.

Bathurst Winning Jaguar XJ-S & TWR Jaguar XJR-S
Recently had the chance to shoot these two very special Jaguars for a private client. On the left we have the Spa and Bathurst Race Winning Tom Walkinshaw Racing Jaguar XJ-S. This car has a rich race history across the globe and is currently owned, raced and maintained by Jaguar specialist Mike Roddy. On the right is rare hand built 1993 Walkinshaw XJR-S V12 road car in original condition with only 7,400kms on the clock, the car was brought into the country from Japan in 2019. We were fortunate enough to have an hour on track access at Sandown Racetrack to take these shots.

Theres really no words needed to describe this car other than its one of the best restorations i’ve ever seen. I struggle to believe the car came from the factory looking this good.

Norton Sidecar Photoshoot
1962 NORTON ATLAS SIDECAR PHOTOSHOOT
This hand built 1962 750cc Norton Atlas Side Car is built, owned and raced by Tim from Classic Wheels & Spokes, Otway Hydroblasting & Metal Works. Tim is an amazing craftsman and his workshop is full of customers custom side car and race bike projects.
This husband and wife team race regularly in the Australian classic sidecar championship and theres no doubt this bike is the best looking in the field.
Tim contacted me earlier this year about a shoot of this particular machine however we had to wait a few months to arrange a time as the bike had several races interstate. On this particular shoot we spent a few hours outside at one of my favourite locations soaking up the golden hour lighting for some more natural light photography. When the sun ducked down over the horizon we then headed back to the studio for the indoor shots.
Keep an eye out for this sidecar as it will be racing the Shannons Southern Classic on the 3rd and 4th November 2018 at Broadford and the Australian Historic Road Racing Championship on the 9th-11th again at Broadford.

Vintage Indian Racebike
VINTAGE INDIAN RACE BIKE- PHOTOSHOOT
Shot this amazing Indian Race Bike recently for a client and what an absolutely stunning machine it is.
The bikes owner Tim contacted me about a shoot for two for his bikes. This is just one of his many bikes and is going to received a bit of a restoration later this year as it wears the scars of race track battles. I love the well used look of this bike and absolutely thrilled with how the images from this photoshoot turned out. We started this photoshoot in the late afternoon using a mix of the beautiful golden hour sun and off camera flash to create some punchy images. Once the sun set we retreated to a local workshop to create the dramatic red smoke shot.
What blows my mind about this bike and rider is that it laps Broadford circuit faster than a lot of modern Sportsbike riders would. Not only is the throttle on the left hand side of the handlebar but the bike runs a Girder fork front en, this thing must be one hell of a hairy ride. Hats off to the legends that race these things at the speed they do. This particular bike is owned and race by Tim from Classic Wheels & Spokes, Otway Hydroblasting & Metal Works
